We will exchange or refund goods that are unopened or defective provided they are returned in their original condition within 28 days. You may also cancel your purchase up to 7 days after placing an order by email or telephone. We will refund payment once the goods have been received and processed.
If your order is out of stock, we will advise you by email with an expected delivery date.
We welcome any feedback about our service and will respond to emails within 5 working days. We strive to resolve any complaints within 10 working days.
